Oscar and his sister Linda are newcomers, new residents of Tokyo. While Oscar is dealing drugs, Linda is dancing striptease in a nightclub. One day, during a police raid on a local bar, Oscar is shot and as he dies, his soul, true to his promise to never leave his sister, refuses to leave the world of the living. Oscar's restless spirit wanders the city, haunted by unbearable nightmares. The past, present, and future are intertwined in a hallucinogenic vortex.
